      As part of the War effort to conserve paper, the 1944-45 edition had no "Geographical Index". Thereafter, it was available for purchase separately. Either UW Oshkosh never purchased them or they were discarded. They are not in the collection.

      This is a list of all known titles ever published by Marquis Who's Who, as listed on their Web site (with links to each current title), as well as all other titles listed in previous editions I have seen. All titles in bold type with no link have been discontinued, are out of print, and cannot be purchased from Marquis. Previous editions of current titles are also not for sale. It is unknown what happens to the unsold copies of one edition when the next edition is published.

Who's Who in Wisconsin (phantom book)

      I wrote to Marquis Who's Who (midwest@marquiswhoswho.com) on 4-10-2009 about the phantom title Who's Who in Wisconsin. There has been no response from them yet.

      Here is just a small list of people who state they are listed in a book that I cannot verify has ever existed.
