Winding Trails Magazine (WTM) was published in Erie, PA by Clarence E. Laird, Historian (1861-1937) and Eugene C. Laird, Cachetmaker (1896-1980). Information is now known about all, except two, of the 24 published issues of this 1935-1937 First Day Cover (FDC), Naval cover, and other Special Event cover Cachetmaking, Stamp collecting, and Coin collecting periodical.
As stated on page 4 of Winding Trails Magazine, Jan. 1935, Vol. 1 No. 1, "Our New Publication -- After several issues of Laird's Stamp Bulletin ... we submit to collector-hobbyists the first issue of the successor of the Bulletin -- Winding Trails Magazine". -- I have not seen any copy of any Bulletin from 1934 and before. The APRL doesn't have any of them. I do not know how many issues were published and I have no scans of this unseen periodical.
Please write if you are the Copyright holder of these magazines.
